What you will do

• Lead external client-facing software implementation projects from planning through closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, solution consultants, and data migration specialists.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: resource scheduling, risk management, execution, and change control.
• Partner with clients to understand business processes and recommend optimizations based on industry best practices.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to support planning, risk identification, and documentation.
• Act as a primary escalation point for complex client-facing issues requiring technical insight.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of project management experience focusing on external, client-facing technical projects.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or CRM implementations, including integrations and data migration.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, including budgets and billable hours.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar Project Management certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Association Management Systems (AMS).
• Background working with associations, nonprofits, or membership-based organizations.
