What you will do
- Oversee implementation engagements as product SME for onboardings, expansions, and workflow optimizations.
- Develop project plans with timelines and lead customer teams to achieve milestones.
- Facilitate updates to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve issues with internal teams.
- Lead change management, training sessions, workshops, and documentation delivery.
- Manage cut-over and migrations from legacy systems to .
- Collaborate cross-functionally and infuse customer insights into product roadmap and processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
- Deep knowledge of support SaaS products
- Proven high-touch implementations with excellent customer service
- Experience managing change for SMB to MM clients
- Managing multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication, presentations, problem-solving, and technical understanding (APIs, webhooks)
