What you will do

• Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across key channels to generate and scale qualified B2B leads.
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality, CPL, CAC, and overall pipeline impact.
• Test new channels, audiences, creatives, and campaign approaches through hypothesis-driven optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, offers, and conversion funnels.
• Monitor and improve conversion performance and ensure correct tracking, attribution, and reporting setup.
• Provide regular performance insights and recommendations for further optimization.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Acquisition.
• Proven experience with B2B lead generation and funnel logic.
• Hands-on experience with paid social, retargeting, and display campaigns.
• Proficiency in managing landing pages and conversion optimization.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on campaign analytics.
• Must be based in Poland, Georgia, Portugal, or Spain.
