What you will do
- Monitor daily reservations and system performance to ensure booking targets and service levels are met.
- Oversee the reservation platform to manage vehicle availability, pricing accuracy, and rental terms in real-time.
- Coordinate luxury EV fleet logistics based on customer preferences and maintenance schedules.
- Resolve booking conflicts and overbookings with creative, minimal-disruption solutions.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats with the professionalism required for a luxury brand.
- Collaborate with Fleet, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on promotions and new service launches.
Requirements
- Strong background in luxury service, specifically within transportation or logistics.
- Masterful command of English for clear and engaging communication.
- Expert familiarity with CRM systems and reservation software.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including night shifts and weekends.
- Must possess a personal computer and a reliable internet connection.
