What you will do
- Provide first-line support to customers via chat and email.
- Assist users with device setup, account access, and security-related inquiries.
- Handle subscription requests, including cancellations and plan changes.
- Act as the first point of contact during service outages.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to specialized teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
Requirements
- English: C1 level (spoken and written) required.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support is a must.
- Technical proficiency to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (min 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
