TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA/Canada). US-based candidates must reside in one of the 19 approved states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, MS, MO, NC, NH, NV, NY, OK, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WY).

Salary: $26.50 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide inbound and outbound call and email support in both English and French.
  • Monitor live trips and address disruptions such as delays, cancellations, or route changes.
  • Coordinate alternative logistics solutions during unexpected events like traffic or vehicle breakdowns.
  • Educate customers on Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer experiences and escalate critical issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain professional in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be based in the USA (approved states) or Canada.
