What you will do
- Respond to client questions, bugs, and feature requests via phone, chat, and email.
- Collaborate with Development and Quality Assurance teams to identify, triage, and resolve system issues.
- Create and document frequently asked questions and knowledge-base content.
- Document requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests.
Requirements
- Must be available for a part-time seasonal position from May to September 2026.
- Strong customer service and analytical skills with experience in phone support.
- Ability to diagnose and explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to quickly learn computer software and operating procedures.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with SaaS or the payments industry.
- Knowledge and passion for the dance industry.
