What you will do
- Resolve a wide range of customer inquiries via phone and email, managing escalated concerns professionally.
- Monitor active trips in real time to identify and address disruptions such as delays or route changes.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for drivers and customers during live trip executions.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and account management teams to ensure high service standards.
- Provide feedback on operational tools and workflows to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of customer service or operations experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or hospitality.
- Must be based in the US and reside in one of the approved states.
- Flexible availability to work nights and weekends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced, real-time operations environments.
