What you will do

• Model business problems to develop direct solutions using HR data.
• Brainstorm and identify required data sets to solve business problems.
• Perform statistical analysis to build machine learning models.
• Identify and track success metrics for models and projects.
• Present findings and communicate results to stakeholders across the organization.
• Conduct independent research to gain domain knowledge and learn cutting-edge techniques.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD degree.
• Strong understanding of statistics and scientific methods applied to algorithms.
• Proficiency in coding with Scala, Python, or other relevant languages.
• High attention to detail combined with big-picture thinking.
