What you will do

• Define and drive the acquisition playbook for emerging LLM-driven channels such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Partner with Product Managers and UXR to visualize user funnels and personalize onboarding journeys for better adoption.
• Serve as the Data Lead in a triad with Product and Engineering to identify and prioritize multi-year growth opportunities.
• Design experiments to measure product progress and own key performance metrics.
• Mentor fellow Data Scientists and disseminate research and best practices across the organization.
• Explore AI-Optimization to enhance hirify.global’s value proposition via LLMs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of data science experience, primarily in growth-focused roles at B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven track record in top-of-funnel growth and new user acquisition for B2B products.
• Experience with AI/ML products, LLM APIs, or conversational AI integrations.
• Expertise in relational data modeling and SQL, and fluency in Python, R, or Scala.
• Deep fluency in A/B testing, experimental design, causal inference, and time series modeling.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vancouver office.
