Location: Must be based in Goodyear, AZ (Hybrid: onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

• Maintain and scale Core Data Center and hardware infrastructure, including server, network, power, and environmental monitoring.
• Lead a team of data center engineers focused on rack deployments, hardware troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
• Perform root cause analysis to solve critical problems and recommend automation improvements.
• Develop infrastructure standards, Runbooks, SOPs, and MOPs to ensure scalability and high availability.
• Build and implement Core sites globally, managing low voltage cabling, BOMs, and vendors.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in Goodyear, AZ.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale Data Center Infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of 3 or more engineers.
• Extensive experience in server and network equipment installation and provisioning.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally.
• Valid US work authorization (Certain visa categories and H-1B sponsorship may not be supported).
