Location: In-person in Pittsburgh, PA. Remote work is not an option.

Salary: $108,000 – $172,800

What you will do

• Lead and coach software development teams to become self-organized, high-performing, and sustainable.
• Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
• Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress to ensure continuous value delivery.
• Monitor and track Agile metrics such as flow metrics, velocity, and cycle time to drive performance improvements.
• Advocate for and implement Agile best practices across teams and the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of experience in an Agile Software Development environment (or Master's degree and 6+ years).
• Subject matter expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
