Salary: $75,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Support and scale the internal IT environment across identity, endpoints, and SaaS platforms.
• Administer Okta for identity and access management, including lifecycle automation.
• Manage macOS and Windows endpoints using Jamf and Intune.
• Handle ITSM platform administration (Freshservice) including ticketing and asset tracking.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell and use Terraform for IaC.
• Ensure cloud security compliance, MFA, and endpoint protection.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in IT support or operations, preferably in cloud-native environments.
• Proficiency with Okta, Jamf, Intune, and Freshservice.
• Experience with VDI environments and user lifecycle management.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Must be a U.S. person for export control compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes or containerized environments.
• Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs.
