What you will do

• Investigate and resolve high-severity technical escalations for pCloud FedRAMP customers.
• Collaborate with Development and Support teams to find solutions for complex platform issues.
• Perform code reviews and provide quick response code changes to resolve production bugs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance to Developer on-call teams.
• Assess issue severity and ensure all technical details are captured for resolution.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in C# with the ability to debug both new features and legacy code.
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux OS administration (authentication, authorization, RDP/SSH).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SaaS system issues.
• Unable to provide visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS GovCloud.
• Prior experience working within security-focused companies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
