Compensation: $115,000 to $130,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable IT solutions in a remote, cloud-first environment.
• Own MDM, IdP/IAM, and productivity platforms like Intune, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Design, implement, and improve endpoint management, compliance, SSO, conditional access, and RBAC.
• Drive automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and APIs to reduce manual effort and risks.
• Partner with IT Operations and teams to translate requirements into designs, rollout plans, and documentation.
• Establish standards for configuration, monitoring, and change management across platforms.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in IT systems engineering and administration with enterprise platform ownership.
• Deep experience with Microsoft identity and endpoint management (Intune, Entra ID) for Windows/macOS.
• Strong SaaS administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Proven end-to-end implementation leadership with stakeholder communication and handoffs.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
