What you will do

• Create and execute innovative events to promote community, health, wellness, and connectivity within building amenity spaces.
• Develop tailored work experiences and positive relationships with the tenant population and building staff.
• Manage social media accounts and electronic marketing tools to enhance tenant engagement.
• Support leasing efforts by preparing common areas and customizing the tour experience for brokers.
• Coordinate physical meeting room setups, including audio/visual and IT equipment configuration.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by resolving tenant concerns and managing work orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Retail, Travel, or Marketing.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in meeting/event planning within government, corporate, or hotel sectors.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a hospitality-focused mentality.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Ability to work independently as a project leader and maintain a professional appearance.
