What you will do
- Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for shipper-facing products including self-serve tools, API integrations (WMS/OMS), and shipper portal.
- Lead and scale Product Managers and Client Operations teams handling onboarding, integrations, and shipper success.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives like personalized delivery and pin-on-delivery with Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
- Define and own key metrics such as shipper NPS, retention, integration health, and time-to-value for enterprise clients.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to prioritize product requirements from market signals and feedback.
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive experience with 3–4 years in senior product leadership managing PM teams.
- Track record shipping B2B SaaS or marketplace products at scale in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain.
- Deep understanding of integration ecosystems (APIs, WMS, OMS, TMS).
- Comfortable using SQL or BI tools for KPIs and performance tracking.
- Experience managing client-facing technical teams like Solutions Engineering or Technical Onboarding.
