Building modern end-to-end logistics infrastructure for ecommerce brands and consumers, powering seamless shopping, shipping, and returns.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for shipper-facing products including self-serve tools, API integrations (WMS/OMS), and shipper portal.
  • Lead and scale Product Managers and Client Operations teams handling onboarding, integrations, and shipper success.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives like personalized delivery and pin-on-delivery with Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
  • Define and own key metrics such as shipper NPS, retention, integration health, and time-to-value for enterprise clients.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to prioritize product requirements from market signals and feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive experience with 3–4 years in senior product leadership managing PM teams.
  • Track record shipping B2B SaaS or marketplace products at scale in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain.
  • Deep understanding of integration ecosystems (APIs, WMS, OMS, TMS).
  • Comfortable using SQL or BI tools for KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Experience managing client-facing technical teams like Solutions Engineering or Technical Onboarding.

  • Executive communication skills for C-suite roadmaps.
