What you will do

• Develop and execute custom organic search strategies, including technical and on-page SEO, to achieve client goals.
• Communicate the strategic "why" behind SEO performance to C-level executives and non-marketing stakeholders.
• Analyze performance and create strategic roadmaps using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, AHREFs, and Screaming Frog.
• Manage high-volume and complex accounts, ensuring high client retention and goal achievement.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their professional skill sets.
• Utilize AI technologies and the company's Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an SEO-based role.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Advanced expertise in SEO analytical tools (Google Search Console, Moz, AHREFs, etc.).
• Proven ability to work autonomously and craft custom strategies for diverse client portfolios.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for delivering actionable insights.
