Senior Designer - Performance and Social: Owning performance creative and organic social execution for paid and always-on social channels with an accent on data-driven creative testing, motion/video production, and building modular creative templates. hirify.global is building a creative engine to drive measurable growth across paid acquisition and organic social.

What you will do

  • Lead performance creative development for paid channels (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Reddit, YouTube and more), producing channel-native assets at pace.
  • Build and iterate a structured pipeline of testable creative concepts (hooks, formats, messaging angles) using performance data.
  • Create modular, scalable creative templates to enable fast iteration and channel expansion.
  • Own organic social creative across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others, developing always-on formats (short-form video, motion graphics, interactive and data storytelling).
  • Translate product features and propositions into engaging social content and align organic messaging with paid brand voice.
  • Contribute to wider brand and design system work when needed, including campaign/product launch assets and creative oversight for partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing performance creative that converts, including paid social and paid search across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Hands-on motion and video production skills, including short-form video and animated assets.
  • Experience managing or contributing to organic social channels and understanding the difference between brand and performance content.
  • Data-literate approach: comfortable reading performance reports, forming creative hypotheses, and designing tests to generate useful signal.
  • Strong command of modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects or equivalent) and experience using AI creative tooling to improve speed and output quality.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, strategists, and data analysts while maintaining creative quality under time pressure.
