What you will do

• Fill in for teachers on leave due to vacation, illness, or personal matters.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Lead diverse activities including educational games, arts & crafts, music, and outdoor play.
• Collaborate with onsite program directors and teaching teams to maintain curriculum standards.
• Communicate daily progress and updates to families.
• Complete the platform's training and onboarding process.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in childcare or teaching children ages 0-5.
• Must be able to pass a state background check and complete a TB test/physical.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, CDA credential, Early Childhood Credential, or ECE AA/BA degree.
• Alternatively, 1+ years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
