What you will do

• Directly engage with customers to identify friction points during onboarding and activation.
• Design and ship AI-powered product flows to automate manual steps and reduce support intervention.
• Prototype and iterate on product improvements quickly using AI tools to accelerate development.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to scale successful product changes.
• Analyze internal data to prioritize development focus and measure the impact of shipped features.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (required).
• Must work in-person from San Francisco, CA or Columbus, OH.
• MBA or business school degree (strongly preferred).
• Ability to read and write code to collaborate closely with engineers and build prototypes.
• Fluency in using AI tools to build better product experiences.
• Strong communication skills to turn messy customer conversations into crisp product specs.
