What you will do

• Lead client service and day-to-day operations for influencer campaigns, from vetting and negotiation to implementation and reporting.
• Design and define industry-leading influencer strategies, including objectives, targets, action plans, and calendars.
• Manage client budgets specifically for beauty and skincare brands and oversee the influencer database.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across PR, social, media, and brand activation to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Organize and attend high-profile brand events in alignment with the brand strategy.
• Support new business pitches, conduct market reviews, and contribute to industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Influence Director (typically 1-2+ years at this level).
• Strong understanding of influence strategy and experience managing large global brands.
• Must be based in London, UK.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior clients based on a proven track record of delivery.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills to create effective working relationships.
