What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable data models, dataflows, and automated pipelines transforming raw logs into analytics-ready datasets.
• Partner with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to enable self-service data access and reporting.
• Develop reusable frameworks and standardized components to improve system scalability and efficiency.
• Enable performance marketing strategies by delivering robust and reliable data products.
• Ensure high standards for data quality, security, and reliability across all developed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with 4+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering supporting business stakeholders.
• Advanced Python skills (4–5+ years) and strong proficiency in SQL for data modeling.
• 3+ years of experience designing data models for analytics and reporting use cases.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines, Spark, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work in Redmond, WA

Nice to have

• Experience supporting performance marketing, growth, or digital product analytics.
• Working knowledge of DevOps and DataOps practices.
• Familiarity with the video game or interactive entertainment domain.
