What you will do

• Partner with clients to translate complex business problems into actionable data science solutions and detailed project roadmaps.
• Design and deploy production-grade AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and stateful agentic workflows.
• Optimize marketing campaigns through machine learning, A/B testing, and clickstream analytics to improve conversion rates.
• Build and manage scalable data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and cloud-based big data technologies.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to monitor AI model grounding, factuality, latency, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team of data scientists while collaborating with Product and ML Ops teams for end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, including model building and ML Ops.
• Proven experience managing people.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-learn, NLTK/spaCy, and Spark.
• Experience in email and direct marketing within the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to deploy models via APIs or integrate them into batch processing pipelines.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ML Ops tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
