What you will do

• Coordinate delivery across multiple agile teams for Investments Technology roadmaps.
• Drive new feature development through every stage of the agile software development lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder groups to establish interdependencies, identify risks, and eliminate roadblocks.
• Define objectives with measurable results and create reporting metrics based on business goals.
• Coach teams in SCRUM processes, ceremonies, and velocity management.
• Provide technical direction and guidance across various investment systems and platforms.

Requirements

• 15+ total years of experience in product engineering delivery organizations.
• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Program, Technical Product, Delivery Manager or Solution Architecture role.
• Experience leading programs across 20+ software engineers working on digital and data platforms.
• Prior experience leading teams delivering interactive, data-intensive websites.
• Expertise in Agile/SCRUM (10+ years) and SAFe methodologies (3+ years).
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrummaster (CSM) or PMP-ACI.
• Release Train Engineer experience in SAFe.
• Agile coaching experience or certification.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
