What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through final delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with product and business goals.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Coordinate between multi-functional teams (Product, R&D, Operations) to resolve dependencies and maintain alignment.
• Balance focus between high-level project management (70%) and supporting Scrum/Agile practices (30%).
• Prepare and deliver transparent progress updates and presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a software or tech environment.
• English: C1+ proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Proven track record of managing software projects involving multiple R&D teams.
• PSM or CSM certification is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira for tracking/reporting and advanced Excel for analysis.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming or Sports Betting industry.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Technical or Product Management background.
