- Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in internal systems
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer retention
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure
- Availability to work MST hours, including Saturdays
