What you will do

• Partner with Systems Architects to translate reference architectures into concrete system designs, requirements, and design packages.
• Lead the development of end-to-end power system designs, spanning from grid interconnect to critical power and IT load interfaces.
• Perform and review system-level analyses, including power flow, losses, availability, and redundancy models.
• Oversee and mentor a small team of System Engineers performing architecture-level design, modeling, and validation.
• Support hyperscaler and AI customer engagements, including RFIs, RFPs, and technical deep dives.
• Ensure designs align with industry codes and standards while contributing to architecture-level TCO/LCOE analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in power systems, critical infrastructure, or large-scale electrical engineering (7+ with an Advanced Degree).
• Strong experience with data center or mission-critical power systems.
• Proficiency in using CAD and power system modeling tools to develop designs and analytical models.
• Working knowledge of UL/IEC, NEC, and IEEE standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)
