What you will do

• Analyze monthly expenses for European teams to identify budget variances and update management dashboards.
• Coordinate with global consolidation owners to validate actuals and forecast inputs.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management, Accounting, and Business Planning teams to review incurred costs and regional variances.
• Track headcount movements and monitor network-related costs, including fixed asset/CIP management.
• Review procurement requests to ensure alignment with approved budgets or route for additional approval.
• Support monthly close and planning cycles in alignment with global timelines.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting roles.
• Proven experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or financial consolidation processes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Experience working in a global or regional finance environment is preferred.
