What you will do

• Own OpEx planning, forecasting, and analysis across all cost lines.
• Lead annual budgeting process and monthly expense cycle with variance analysis.
• Prepare OpEx reporting for senior leadership, Board, and Finance Committee.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Engineering, and country leadership on budgets and spend tracking.
• Build cost control framework including commitment tracking and headcount modelling.
• Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and unit economics.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning OpEx planning, forecasting, and cost control in high-growth or tech business.
• Strong understanding of cost structures, headcount modelling, and scaling G&A.
• Experience managing full budgeting cycle from planning to year-end close.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to present insights and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and structured in fast-paced environment.
