What you will do

• Own and deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary for Wholesale and Marketing.
• Support budgeting and reforecasting processes, maintaining financial models and key assumptions.
• Conduct full P&L analysis and provide financial insights to aid strategic business decision-making.
• Manage month-end close activities, including reviewing invoices, posting journals, and ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with regional teams and non-finance stakeholders to validate spend and resolve queries.
• Drive reporting efficiency improvements and support ERP transition activities.

Requirements

• Newly or partly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Professional experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively with imperfect data in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in London to comply with the hybrid work model.
