What you will do

• Provide comprehensive trauma-informed case management and intake services for refugees and ORR-qualified immigrants.
• Develop and monitor Family Self-Sufficiency Plans (FSSPs) and Individual Employability Plans (IEPs) to remove employment barriers.
• Coordinate direct services, referrals, and advocacy while building relationships with area service providers.
• Maintain detailed client interaction records and input data into management systems for reporting.
• Conduct outreach to refugee-serving agencies and ethnic community-based organizations.
• Transport clients and materials using a personal or company vehicle throughout the service delivery area.

Requirements

• 2+ years of case management experience in a social services environment.
• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or a similar field (strongly preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Must possess or be eligible to receive a fingerprint clearance card per Arizona State Law.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bilingual ability in Spanish, Dari, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, French, or other refugee/immigrant languages used in Arizona.
• Experience working with vulnerable or underserved populations.
• Public speaking and presentation experience.
