What you will do

• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to integrate the Get Well Inpatient Solution into hospital admission workflows.
• Provide training and encouragement to patients and families on using the digital health solution.
• Coach hospital staff to drive clinical adoption and utilization of the platform.
• Execute high-quality service by introducing and educating patients on tool features.
• Act as the primary guide for non-clinical inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance the service offering and organizational knowledge base.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Location: Based in Springfield, MA.
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
• Proficiency with Apple laptops, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service highly preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
