What you will do

• Synthesize market trends and customer feedback to inform global product roadmap priorities.
• Act as the subject matter expert on assigned technology features and capabilities for the Americas region.
• Create and distribute technical content and support pre-sales and professional services activities.
• Analyze portfolio sales performance and competitive landscapes to inform regional strategy.
• Support pilots, proof of concept implementations, and high-level technical knowledge transfer.
• Represent the company at internal and external speaking opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA, proximate to an international airport.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
• Technical depth in IP networking, video transport, and surveillance systems.
• Experience with LAN/WAN hardware, low-level protocols (RTP, TCP/IP, UDP), IGMP, and multicasting.
• 5+ years of experience in the physical security industry.
• B.S. degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
