What you will do

• Manage full trade lifecycle including bookings, allocations, daily reconciliations, T-0 matching, affirmations, settlements, and clearing across asset classes.
• Process corporate actions, manage derivative expiries, and support P&L inquiries.
• Collaborate with Trading, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Technology, and Risk teams to enhance platform capabilities.
• Drive multi-functional initiatives for scalable trade support solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in Operations as Middle Office or Trading Assistant; buy-side preferred.
• Knowledge of global equities, equity-linked instruments, OTC derivatives, non-trade activity (crosses, conversions, transfers, corporate actions).
• Understanding of full trade lifecycle from capture to P&L and financing.
• Hands-on experience with EMS, PMS, T-0 matching platforms, FIX protocol.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong prioritization, attention to detail, communication in fast-paced global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPACs, PIPEs, Transfer Agents, Separately Managed Accounts.
• Macros/VBA, Python/SQL, AGILE familiarity.
