What you will do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise customers, managing full post-sales lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and stakeholders to define and execute success plans.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews to review outcomes, adoption, and alignment.
  • Deliver training, demos, and webinars to drive engagement.
  • Analyze usage data and metrics to provide insights and optimizations.
  • Act as customer advocate, translating feedback to internal teams and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic client-facing roles in SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech
  • Proven track record managing complex accounts and influencing C-level stakeholders
  • Native Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with APIs, SDKs, deep linking, and data integration
  • Self-discipline, accountability, collaboration in multicultural teams, and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

  • Exposure to mobile marketing, martech, or analytics platforms
  • Understanding of SDKs, APIs, or mobile attribution tools
  • Experience with product or technical teams
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for customer success
