What you will do
- Develop and grow the business by establishing strong partnerships in Vietnam to drive profitable growth.
- Recruit and onboard new partners on an ongoing basis.
- Identify and report on business opportunities to increase local market share.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local partners through effective collaboration.
- Conduct business trips to meet partners and present company products and services.
- Develop a robust network of lead sources and achieve key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within financial markets or brokerage services.
- Proven track record of building and managing partnerships in Vietnam.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, brokerage business, and regulatory frameworks.
- Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
