What you will do

• Leverage deep AI expertise to validate client requirements, design tailored AI and machine learning solutions, and address technical objections to contribute to higher sales win rates.
• Act as a proactive AI SME supporting sales executives during discovery, solution design, and validation to accelerate deal cycles.
• Architect and position AI solutions across use cases like intelligent automation, predictive analytics, generative AI, and decision support systems.
• Articulate AI value propositions by translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes such as efficiency, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
• Guide customers on AI readiness, including data strategy, governance, security, privacy, and ethical AI considerations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI offerings and represent hirify.global externally at industry events to establish thought leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI, data science, machine learning, analytics, or AI-focused consulting/pre-sales roles supporting complex solution sales.
• Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning).
• Hands-on familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, model lifecycle management, and MLOps practices.
• Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into business impact and ROI for stakeholders.
• Exceptional relationship-building, strategic thinking, and ability to mentor sales/technical teams on AI positioning.
