Location: Hybrid, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end CRM strategy, ensuring communications are customer-first, insight-led, and drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Act as the product owner for CRM platforms and tooling, including Braze and associated data decisioning capabilities.
  • Lead the design and evolution of CRM architecture, including lifecycle frameworks and automation logic.
  • Drive critical technical changes, including CRM re-platforming and the implementation of a new data platform.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of senior CRM and Product leaders to build a strong leadership bench.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to define success metrics and maintain evidence-based decision-making.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in senior CRM leadership and product ownership of communication tools.
  • Ability to personally diagnose data and architecture needs and shape trigger strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing senior management teams.
  • Ability to balance long-term automation value with immediate short-term trading requirements.
  • Must be able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
