What you will do

• Design and implement a global HR Shared Services operating model aligned with Workday transformation goals.
• Build an AI-enabled service organization integrating self-service, automation, and intelligent case management across 40+ countries.
• Redesign outdated or fragmented processes leveraging AI agents, smart forms, and workflow optimization to reduce manual effort.
• Define, monitor, and improve service level agreements (SLAs) focused on quality, speed, and employee experience.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global Shared Services team with a strong customer service and consulting mindset.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, Finance, and IT to ensure full integration of Shared Services into the broader HR operating model.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Proven success managing multifunction HR service delivery including onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled or technology-driven HR service improvements and self-service platforms.
• Experience supporting global HR operations across Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
• Strong command of HR data governance, data privacy (GDPR), and ethical use of people analytics.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience operating within a Systemic HR or similarly integrated HR operating model.
• Familiarity with AI-powered HR technologies, specifically Workday.
• Advanced degree or professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR.
