What you will do

• Translate capacity and redundancy requirements into power, cooling, and construction scopes across data center build lifecycle.
• Build proposals defining people, process, governance, tooling, and commercial structure for projects.
• Develop SOWs, performance criteria, design assumptions, and construction-ready scopes.
• Facilitate technical workshops with Facilities, Engineering, Procurement, and Executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate OEM solutions across performance, cost, scalability, and TCO.
• Identify repeatable patterns and contribute to playbooks, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management
• 5+ years in data center design, mission critical construction, critical facilities engineering, or commissioning (hyperscale/colocation preferred)
• Strong understanding of UPS, switchgear, generators, chilled water/DX cooling, containment, fire & life safety, high density/GPU cooling.
• Familiarity with Tier standards, TIA 942, ASHRAE TC 9.9, NFPA codes, data center best practices.
• Ability to develop CAPEX/OPEX models, evaluate vendor bids, write technical SOWs.
• Skilled at simplifying complex decisions for non-technical leaders and driving stakeholder alignment.
