Salary: $85,600 - $149,400 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations of varying complexity to ensure on-time go-live.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, handling risks, priorities, and escalations.
• Configure the Brightflag platform based on customer business and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies and ETL tasks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature requests and system integrations.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to align implementation with long-term growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation roles within B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in project planning and risk management for multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of data ETL, migration, and general web technologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in the USA; work permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Domain expertise in legal operations or legal management.
