What you will do

• Manage the installation, movement, adding, and changing (IMAC) of IT hardware and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware errors that standard procedures cannot fix.
• Provide rapid-response technical assistance during field visits and dispatches.
• Create detailed service reports, document workaround procedures, and maintain technical records.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with internal end-users and customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT field engineering or operational support.
• Ability to collect and analyze performance data to provide proactive technical assistance.
• Physical ability to work in dynamic environments, including using a ladder for hardware access.
• Ability to obtain a SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) badge for secure airport access.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required for site support.
