What you will do

• Manage and optimize hybrid network infrastructure, cloud services (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace), and SaaS platform administration.
• Support specialized systems for video production and post-production, including shared storage and collaboration tools.
• Implement security standards, including access controls, MFA, endpoint protection, and user onboarding/offboarding procedures.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, workstation configuration, and maintain an accurate asset inventory.
• Manage technology vendor relationships, track contract renewals, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive infrastructure documentation, licensing registries, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a mid-level IT systems or infrastructure role.
• Ability to operate independently while partnering with leadership to implement scalable systems.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Austin, TX.
• Experience managing hybrid office and remote technology environments.
