What you will do
- Answer business questions and respond to analysis requests from stakeholders across departments.
- Build reports, dashboards, analytical models, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Partner with relevant teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness using performance data.
- Analyze acquisition efforts to determine marketing ROI and monetary impact.
- Improve reporting explanations and communicate performance, concepts, and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain expertise in data and business intelligence technologies and promote appropriate adoption.
Requirements
- Degree in a numeric, data-focused discipline or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Strong SQL skills for querying complex datasets and developing analytical reports.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder relationship, and workload management skills.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data quickly and accurately while working under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience in online gaming or the casino industry.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts.
- Knowledge of online casino and sports betting.
- Experience with Excel, Databricks, Alteryx, Google Analytics, or BigQuery.
