What you will do

• Own the analytical narrative for your Operating Group, acting as a strategic partner to PMs, engineering, and finance.
• Establish causality using A/B testing, analytics, and causal inference methods to influence product roadmaps.
• Define and implement measurement frameworks that reflect the user experience in a complex, multi-user ecosystem.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI-native tools and agent workflows to improve team autonomy and proactive analysis.
• Present clear, evidence-based narratives to leadership to drive resource allocation and strategic investment.
• Mentor senior individual contributors on experimental rigor, causal thinking, and AI-leveraged workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or decision science within a consumer tech company.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in causal inference methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, instrumental variables, regression discontinuity).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Proven track record of influencing business strategy through data and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to work from Central London for hybrid office requirements.

• Experience with subscription or freemium business models.
• Familiarity with international or multi-market analytics.
• Experience building dbt models or contributing to analytics engineering workflows.
• Background in growth, retention, or marketing mix modeling.
