What you will do

• Execute plant start-up and shutdown procedures to ensure operational and safety commitments.
• Monitor boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations via system controls.
• Provide operational guidance to Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators to maintain efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and schematic specifications.
• Manage critical events and prioritize tasks during operational emergencies.
• Respond to operational alarms and implement immediate corrective actions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Must successfully complete ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam within the first year of employment.
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs and work from heights or in confined spaces.
• Qualification to wear a full-face respirator.
• Ability to consistently work in various weather conditions.
