Location: United Kingdom (minimum 4 days in-office per week)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts, acting as main point of contact.
  • Partner with customers to develop tailored success plans aligned with business goals like reducing acquisition costs and increasing retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform usage, best practices, and use case enablement to maximize value.
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Sales, and Product teams to execute strategic account plans and incorporate client feedback.
  • Track customer health metrics, adoption, and outcomes; lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting in enterprise SaaS; preferred data, martech, CDPs, or developer platforms.
  • Proven experience with high-revenue, large-scale global customers and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong ability to translate customer business strategy into data-driven plans and outcomes.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Solutions, Sales, and Product teams.
  • AI-first mindset using tools for efficiency in account planning, QBRs, and operations.
