Location: Hybrid in London (3 days in office, 2 from home); occasional travel around the UK

What you will do

• Translate ideas or client briefs into high-end concepts and productions across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Oversee development and production of social-first videos, keeping brand and platform at the core.
• Write detailed decks and presentations for clients and new business.
• Communicate creative ideas via storyboards, scripts, and decks.
• Manage budgets, recommend solutions, and work with editors on video assets.
• Handle shoots, risk assessments, talent agreements, permits, and bookings.

Requirements

• Hybrid in London office (3 days/week) with willingness to attend shoots and travel around the UK.
• Solid understanding of production disciplines, budgets, and timing.
• Knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) including formats, specs, and delivery requirements.
• Experience with copyright for stills, film, music, SFX, and rights.
• Proven experience running smaller shoots independently and assisting on larger ones.
• Strong communication skills for presenting creative ideas and managing workflows.
