What you will do

• Convert long-form podcasts and interviews into high-performing short-form content for LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Reels.
• Develop and own the visual identity of hirify.global's social presence, including subtitles, framing, and motion design.
• Analyze hooks and retention curves to optimize video performance and shareability.
• Pitch and produce original brand films and visual essays from scratch.
• Iterate rapidly by shipping content and analyzing metrics to improve future edits.

Requirements

• Portfolio of high-performing short-form content with proven engagement metrics (views, shares, saves).
• Deep understanding of health, fitness, and performance culture.
• Proficiency in professional editing tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or After Effects.
• Ability to work onsite in London.
• Strong opinion on content hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Background as an athlete or obsession with quantifying personal health data.
